New opportunities and implementation pathways for green and low-carbon transition in Western China

Abstract：Greenandlow-arbondevelopmenthadbecomeakeystrategicdirectionforglobaldevelopmentandtransformation，which notonlyprovidednewopportunitiesforthegreenandlow-carbon transitioninWestern China，butalsobroughtunprecedentedchallenges.Thisstudysystematicallreviewedthecurrentstatusandnewopportunitiesof greenandlow-carbon transitiondevelopentin WesternChina，andanalyzedthedificultiesandchalengesencounteredduringthisprocessByestablishingnewindustrialmodels， improvingtheapplicabiltandscalabilityoflow-carboninnovationtechnoogies，promotingdeeperparticipationofWesteChinain global greenindustrialchains，andenhancing thegrnfinancialpolicysupportsystem，thisstudyexplorednovelpathwaystcelerate the green and low-carbon transition in the region.
