Control technology of temperature and humidity for steam tea fixing machine based on microwave perturbation and fuzzy PID

Abstract:Toaddressthediffcultyof stably maintainingpresetemperatureandhumidityduringtheoperationof thesteam teafixing machine,atemperatureandhumidityregulation methodbasedonthecoordinatedcontrolofmicrowaveperturbationandfuzyPIDwas proposed.ThismethodappliedmicrowaveperturbationtechnologytohumiditycontrolandemployedthefuzyIDalgorithmforrecise temperatureregulation,efectivelysolvingthetechnicalchalengeofmutualinterferencebetweentemperatureandhumidityparamters in traditional control methods.When the fixing temperature was 95 C ,the humidity was 95 % ,and the time was 1min ,although slightfluctuationsexistedinthetemperatureandumidity,teywereconsistentlymaintainedwitinasmallontrollbleangehee sultsshowedthatthetemperatureandhumiditycontrolmethodcombining microwaveperturbationandfuzyPIDcouldefectivelyensurethestabilityoftheinteralenvironmentofthesteamteafixingmachine,keepingthetealeavesitheoptimalfixingstate.This precisetemperatureandhumiditycontrolmethodnotonlysignificantlyimprovedtheconsistencandrepeatabilityofthefixingproces butalsoenhancedthequalityofthfinisedteaproducts,providingreliableassuranceforthfrmationofexcellntflavorhracteristics and nutritional value of tea.

蒸汽茶叶杀青机作为现代茶叶加工中的重要设备,其温湿度控制是确保茶叶品质的关键环节[1,2]蒸汽茶叶杀青机的温湿度控制指的是在杀青过程中,通过精确的技术手段调整和维持设备内部适宜的温度和湿度,以实现茶叶中酶的活性和水分的有效调控,从而保证茶叶的色泽、香气和口感达到最佳状态[3-5]。(剩余4701字)
