Abstract：InordertopromotetheprotectionofnewvarietiesofOphiopogonjaponicus，utilizationnddevelopmentofitsgemplasmre sourcesoriginatedinChinaaswellasthevelopmentofcalcharacteristicmedicinalOpiopogonjaponicusidustryeearh ontheformulationofthedistictness，uniformityandstabity（DUS）testguideofOphiopogonjaponicusvarietieswascarredout.By plantingandobseing93cesionsofOpopogonjponicusgermplsmresources，theculivationpropagationmethodsadp typicdatacolectiomethodsofOphiopogonjaponicusweresudied，7traitswereselectedforphenotypicdeseriptionofOiopgon japonicusvarieties，therequirementsfobreedingmaterialsforOphiopogonjapoicusvarietyDUStestwerclarifid，tegnealrinciplesforDUSdeterminatioofOopogonjaponicusreestablished，ndtheOphopogonjaponicusDUStestguidewafolated.
