Research on Strategies for Cultivating Students'Psychological Resilience in the Process of Physical Education Teaching

Fuzhou Foreign Language School, Fuzhou,Fujian Province,35ooO7 China [Abstract] To enhance students'psychological resilience,this paper mainly explores thecultivation strategiesof this abilityinphysical educationteaching.Theanalysisrevealsthatsportschallnges,teaminteractions,andruleconstraints have unique values in cultivating psychological resilience. However,current physical education teaching faces chalenges suchasanoveremphasisonskillacquisition,adherence totraditional teaching methods,andanevaluationsystemthat prioritizes quantitative outcomes.Based on this,adopting the case study method and drawing on cases from multiple schools in Fujian, this paper proposes practical paths ofintegrating physical education teaching resources (constructing gradient projects,reconstructing competition evaluations,and developing school-based courses)and innovating teaching models (establishingresponsibilitybinding,creatingadversityscenarios,implementing diferentiatedteaching, and integrating sports psychological techniques),providing references for the integrationof physical education teaching and the cultivation of psychological resilience.
