Guangzhou Nanyang Polytechnic College, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province,51O9oo China [Abstract] The development ofcampus footbal inuniversities isof great significance.It not onlyhelps promote the comprehensive development of students and enrichthecultural connotation of campus,butalso playsa crucial role in promoting the progress of Chinese footballidustry.However,at present, campus fotballin universities faces many diffculties inits promotion proces:theshortageof resources is manifested ininsufficient venues,coaches,andother aspects;the lack of a sound competition system is reflected inthe lack of systematicityin competition organization, schedulearrangement,etc; the weak cultural ecology is reflectedinthe weak footballatmosphere andlow enthusiasm of students for participation.To break through these development botlenecks,it is posible to improve resource allcation,suchasincreasing venueconstructionandintroducingprofessionalcoaches;itinnovates thecompetiion mode to create more atractive and competitive events;and it builds afootballcultural ecology byholding various football cultural activities,and other means to help the sustainable development of campus footbal inuniversities.
