[Abstract] To study the reform path of vocational physical education elective courses based onthe Outcomes一Based Education (OBE)concept,this research systematicallyanalyzes the educational valueof physical educationcourses in enhancing physicalfitess,teamwork,stressresilience,and personalized developmentunder the OBE model.Inresponse to current challenges including misalignment between course objectives and ocupational demands,monolithic curiculum structures,traditional teaching methodologies,and inadequate evaluation systems,the paper proposes concrete reformstrategies,including clarifyingabilityoriented goals,developing diversifiedcourse system,inovating practical teaching approaches,and creating multidimensional asessment frameworks.These initiatives aim to promote the transformationof vocationalphysical education from skilltransmisson tovocational abilitycultivation,empowering students' comprehensive development
