Exploration of Fatigue Regulation Strategies in Basketball Training Under Al Physiological Data Monitoring
LI Qianru HenanNormalUniversity,Xinxiang,HenanProvince,453oo7China [Abstract]Basketballisharacterizedbyhigh intensityfrequentintervals,and strong confrontations.Theaccumulation and regulationoffatigue during training directly affct the training effct and the risk of athletes'injuries.This paper introduces AI-based physiological data monitoring technologyandanalyzes ts significance infatigue regulationfrom threeaspects:quantitativecharacterization,real-time identification,and individualthreshold positioning; Itfocuseson discussing four specificisues,namely fatiguejudgmentaccuracy,monitoring dimensioncoverage,feedback timeliness, and solutions homogenization; Furthermore,it proposes four feasible strategies:constructing a multi-dimensional monitoring model,dynamicallyadjusting monitoring parameters,developingareal-time early warning system,and formulating diferentiatedregulation plans.Thesestrategies provideapracticalpath forthescientificregulationoffatigue in basketball training.
