Exploring the Innovative Approach to Cultivate Practical Abilities of College Students Majoring in Physical Education Under the "Double Reduction" Policy

LYU Yaojie LyuliangUniversity，Lvliang，Shanxi Province，O33ooo China [Abstract] This article focuses onthe research of practical ability cultivation forcollge students majoring inphysical education under the "double reduction" policy.The importanceof this training lies in its abilityto meet the needs of physical education inprimaryand secondary schols，align with thedevelopmentof the sports industryand promote students' personal growth.However， thereare stillsome problems at present， including the imperfect practical teaching system，nsufiintpraticalabilityoftheteacingstaffadinsufiintethofshoolenterpiseooperaionased on this，a new training path is proposed： restructuring the framework of the practical teaching system，strengthening the constructionoftheteachingstaf，andenhancingschoolenterprisecooperation，aiming tomakethetrainingofsports professionals incoleges tothe "doublereduction" policy，enhance students'practicalabilities，and provide high-quality sports talents for society.
