[Abstract] Basedonthe methods of literature review andlogical analysis,this paper systematicallycombs the internal logic,realityblockand practice strategyofatificial intellgence (AI)driven football teaching innovation incolleges, and finds that AI can improve the teaching efect by breaking through the limitations of traditional teaching, reconstructing the teaching proces,expanding the teaching scene,and optimizing the roles of teachers and students. However,inteintellgent transformationofcollegefootballteaching,thereare stillsome problems,suchashigh ost of technologyapplication,lackofdigitaliteracyof teachers,difficultyinbreakingdowndatabariersandprominent ethical risks.Inthisregard,itisproposedtobuildahierarchicalinvestmentmechanismtoreducethethresholdof technologyapplication; Itcariesoutteachers'digital literacytraining toimprovetheirintellgentteachingability;It opens up data sharing channels and builds an integrated teaching platform; It establishes an ethics system to ensuredata security and privacy.
