Sports Department, Jingchu University of Technology, Jingmen,Hubei Province,448ooo China [Abstract] Basedon literature review,logical analysis and other methods,this paper aims to explore howartificial intelligence (AI) technologycan drivethe reformoffootballteaching mode incolleges.Research suggests that AI technology has profoundly reshaped the colege footballteaching mode by optimizing the cognitive process,promoting personalized teachingand strengthening management effciency.However,the reform faces multiple dificulties such as the weak technical infrastructure,the lack ofAI literacy of teachers,the risk of data privacyand the inertiaof traditional teaching mode.It is recommended to strengthen thehardware foundation and expand the fieldof technology empowerment; Itcarresout systematic training toenhance teachers'human-machine collboration skils; Itestablishes a sound regulatorysystem to ensure data privacyand security; It promotes progresive teaching innovation and achieves iterative teaching modes.
