Central Primary School, Xiaoya Town, Zunyi, Guizhou Province, 6534O8 China [Abstract] Thelower grades of primary schoolarea crucial period for children's physical fitnessand thecultivation of exercise habits.Their physiological and psychological development characteristics pose challnges to traditional physical education teaching.Toeffectively enhancethe physicalfitnesslevelofchildrenatthis stage and stimulate their interest in sports,thisarticle,basedonthegrowth pates oflowergradestudents,analyzes training contentand design pointsoffourcore dimensions:strength,endurance,speed,and stability.It pointsoutthat trainingdesign needs to considerfun,safety,anddevelopment.Finally,itproposesfourspecificandfeasible teachingstrategies:creating sitatioal simulations to activate core muscle group strength,adopting task-driven methods to extend continuous exercise duration,incorporating signal-response todevelop rapidresponsecapabities,and constructingbalancechalenges to improve body posture control.These ofera practical reference for physical education teaching in thelower grades of primary school that is both scientific and engaging.
