Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering,Changzhou,Jiangsu Province,213ooo China [Abstract] The developmentof digitaland intellgent technologies has created newopportunities for teaching reform incollege footballcourses.Thisarticleexplores thepractical pathofdigital empowermentinresponse tothecurrent challenges ofbrokenonlineandofine linksin blendedlearning,lagging teacherrole transitions,insuficientadaptability of teaching content,and lack of management mechanisms.By establishing a teaching loop that links online and offline, promoting thedigitaland intellgenttransformationof instructors'roles,adapting teachingcontenttodiferentsenarios, and buildingadata-driven teaching managementsystem,a modelofdeep integrationof technologyand teaching is formed.The goal is to provide practical reference for optimizing blended learning in college footballcourses and to support the digital and intelligent transformation of physical education teaching.
