Research on the Innovation of Integrated Teaching of "LearningPractice-Competition-Evaluation" in High School Physical Education from the Perspective of Digital IntelligenceEmpowerment

HaimenMiddle School, Jiangsu,Nantong,Jiangsu Province,2261oo China [Abstract]Traditional high school physical education teaching faces practical dificulties in personalized guidance, scientifictraining,andcultivationofcorecompetencies.Toaddressthechallenges,thisresearchaims toconstructanew integrated teaching model of "learming-practice-competition-evaluation" (LPCE)based on digital inteligence empowerment.The research content first clarifies the new teaching connotation with "intellgence"as thecore engine, "learning"asthecognitive guide,"practice"as theabilitycore,"competition"as theaplicationstage,and "evaluation" as the development guarantee. The research conclusion points out that a complete innovative strategy is needed to implement this model: inthe "learning"stage,itusesdata profiling to guide personalized prelearning; inthe "practice" phase,preciseskillconsolidation isachievedthrough layeredtasksandscenario simulations; inthe "competitio"stage, it designs diverse competitionsystems suchas individualimprovementand team projects toactivate potential; in the "evaluation" stage,a multidimensional and real-time evaluation feedback loop is constructed through methods uch as growth portfolioimage self-asessment,and visual charts,providing asystemic solution toimprove teaching quality and foster holistic student development.
