Application of Functional Physical Training in Football Teaching in Vocational Colleges

Shanxi Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Trade,Taiyuan,Shanxi Province, O3oo31 China [Abstract] Footballischaracterized by high intensityand intense competition,requiring athletes toposessfoundational strength,endurance,bodycontrol,movementficiencyandspecializedadaptability.Incurrent footballteaching in vocational colleges,traditional physical training focusesonthe improvementofasingle quality,which isdisconnected fromthe specificdemandsoffootball forneedmulti-jointcoordinationandfrequentlydynamic transformation,resulting inahighrisk ofsports injuries forstudents.This study, incombination with students'earning conditions and teaching objectives,analyzed the application valueoffunctional physical training inadapting to specific needs,aligning with students'learmingconditions,andstrengthening injuryprevention.Itproposedastrategyof specificdemandorientation, hierarchical teaching and scenario integration. Specificaly,it includes the construction of a "foundation-specializedfield"three-tier training system,designing personalized plans,and innovating the full-processcene integration form of "warm up-practical operation-cool down, providing support for the optimization of football teaching.
