[Abstract]Byusing methodssuchasliteraturereviewandlogicalanalysis，thisstudy investigatesthe practical dilemmas and countermeasures of integrating Chinese sports spirit into currculum ideological and political education incollege physical education.The study finds that the integration of Chinese sports spirit into the curiculum ideological and political education in collges faces practical dilemmas such as vague ideological and political goals，poor qualityofourse cases，insufficient innovation in curriculumideologicaland political education methods，and insufficient understanding of Chinese sports spirit among collge teachers.Practical countermeasures are proposed： it precisely defines the educational goals to guide ideologicaland political practice with goals; it deepens the developmentand integrationof cases tocontinuouslycreate high-qualitycoursecases; itinnovatesandoptimizes theideologicaland politicaleducation method systemtobuild immersive educational scenarios; tstrengthens ideological constructionand stimulates teachers' enthusiasm for exploring the sports spirit of the Chinese nation..
