Application and Development Trend of Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry in the Detection of Heavy Metals in Food

Abstract: In this paper, the principle, characteristics and application of atomic fluorescence spectrometry in the detection of heavy metals in food are described, and the future development trend of atomic fluorescence spectrometry is prospected, which provides strong technical support for ensuring food quality and safety.
