泉州市网络订餐食品安全监管应用研究

摘 要：泉州市作为福建省的重要城市之一，其网络订餐市场活跃，监管部门面临着巨大的监管挑战。本文分析泉州市网络订餐食品安全的监管现状，分析监管过程中存在的问题，并提出相关建议对策，旨在为市场监管综合执法及其他相关部门提供决策参考。

Research on the Application of Food Safety Supervision of Online Ordering in Quanzhou

Abstract： As one of the important cities in Fujian province， Quanzhou has an active online food ordering market， and the regulatory authorities are facing huge regulatory challenges. This paper analyzes the current situation of food safety supervision in Quanzhou city， analyzes the problems existing in the supervision process， and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures， aiming to provide decision-making reference for comprehensive law enforcement of market supervision and other relevant departments.
