Comprehensive Analysis of Factors Affecting the Detection of Corn Fatty Acid Value

Abstract: As a key index to measure the quality of corn fatty acids, the accuracy of its detection results is directly related to the accuracy of quality evaluation. In this paper, the potential influence of five core factors of human, machine, material, method and environment on the detection accuracy of corn fatty acid value was deeply discussed, and the experience of improving the detection accuracy of corn fatty acid value was summarized to provide reference for ensuring corn quality assessment.
