Abstract：Inlinewithnationaldemands，the"five-in-one"overallayoutandthe"fourcomprehensives"strategiclayoutare advanced in a coordinated manner. The "STEAM + PBL"dual -engine interdisciplinary innovative talent cultivation model ingeniouslyintegratestheSTEAMeducationalconceptwiththePBLteachingmethod.Focusingonandcombiningthediversified knowledgedomainsofSTEAMwiththeactivelearningstrategiesofPBL，aseriesofchalengingpracticalandinovativeproject tasksaredesigned.Theaimistobreakdownthedisciplinarybariersoftraditionaleducation，stimulatestudents‘inovative potentialthroughiterdisciplinaryknowledgeintegrationandpracticalalication，andcultivatethemintoinnovativetalentswith broadknowledgehorizons，profoundprofessionalqualities，outstandinginnovationcapabilitiesandgoodteamworksprit.Atthe sametime，ascientificandreasonableevaluationsystemisexploredandestablishedtocomprehensivelyandobjectivelysse students‘growthndprogresininterdisciplinarylearingThiscuivationmodelwillefectivelyenhancetheprofessonalquality andliteracyofundergraduatestudentsmajoringinmechanicaldesignandcultivatetheirinnovationandentrepreneurship capabilities.
