Abstract:Inlinewithnationaldemands,the"five-in-one"overallayoutandthe"fourcomprehensives"strategiclayoutare advanced in a coordinated manner. The "STEAM + PBL"dual -engine interdisciplinary innovative talent cultivation model ingeniouslyintegratestheSTEAMeducationalconceptwiththePBLteachingmethod.Focusingonandcombiningthediversified knowledgedomainsofSTEAMwiththeactivelearningstrategiesofPBL,aseriesofchalengingpracticalandinovativeproject tasksaredesigned.Theaimistobreakdownthedisciplinarybariersoftraditionaleducation,stimulatestudents‘inovative potentialthroughiterdisciplinaryknowledgeintegrationandpracticalalication,andcultivatethemintoinnovativetalentswith broadknowledgehorizons,profoundprofessionalqualities,outstandinginnovationcapabilitiesandgoodteamworksprit.Atthe sametime,ascientificandreasonableevaluationsystemisexploredandestablishedtocomprehensivelyandobjectivelysse students‘growthndprogresininterdisciplinarylearingThiscuivationmodelwillefectivelyenhancetheprofessonalquality andliteracyofundergraduatestudentsmajoringinmechanicaldesignandcultivatetheirinnovationandentrepreneurship capabilities.
