Abstract：Thedevelopmentofnewliberalartsrequiresstrengtheningthecultivationofstudents‘innovativethinkingand independentabilies.Microeconomicsisacorefoundtioncourseforbusinessandmanagementmajorsinhighereducation.In responsetothecurentisuesinteaching，suchasoutdatedteachingconcepts，lackofstudentengagement，insuffcientteaching depthandinteractivity，andweaktechnicalapplicationskllsamongteachers，itisimperativeforuniversiestorefortheir teachingmethodsandestablishasmartteachingmodelthatistailoredtothecurrentneedsofbusinessandmanagementtalent cultivation.BasedontheOBEconcept，thisarticleproposesateachingreformconceptfortheMicroeconomicsthatemphasizes thecentralroleofstudentsandutlizessmartteachingtoachievedigitallempoweredteaching.Itconstructsanddesignsasmart teachingsystemandteachingprocessforMicroeconomics.Thisreformwillbeterpromotetheshiftinmicroeconomicsteaching froma"teacher-centered"toa"student-centered"approach，enhancestudents‘innovativeabilities，andimprovethequalityof economics talent cultivation.
