Abstract:Thedevelopmentofnewliberalartsrequiresstrengtheningthecultivationofstudents‘innovativethinkingand independentabilies.Microeconomicsisacorefoundtioncourseforbusinessandmanagementmajorsinhighereducation.In responsetothecurentisuesinteaching,suchasoutdatedteachingconcepts,lackofstudentengagement,insuffcientteaching depthandinteractivity,andweaktechnicalapplicationskllsamongteachers,itisimperativeforuniversiestorefortheir teachingmethodsandestablishasmartteachingmodelthatistailoredtothecurrentneedsofbusinessandmanagementtalent cultivation.BasedontheOBEconcept,thisarticleproposesateachingreformconceptfortheMicroeconomicsthatemphasizes thecentralroleofstudentsandutlizessmartteachingtoachievedigitallempoweredteaching.Itconstructsanddesignsasmart teachingsystemandteachingprocessforMicroeconomics.Thisreformwillbeterpromotetheshiftinmicroeconomicsteaching froma"teacher-centered"toa"student-centered"approach,enhancestudents‘innovativeabilities,andimprovethequalityof economics talent cultivation.
