Abstract：Basedonthedemandforhigh-leveltalentsintherapiddevelopmentofnewqualityproductivityanddigitization， combinedwiththehighatentionofthecountrytograduateeducation，thispaperanalyzestheproblemsexistinginthecurrent processofcultivatingacademicmastersstudents.Detailedsortingandanalysisarecarredoutfromfouraspects：limited opportunities forinnovativepractic，theeedtoimprovethefectivenessofinovativeabilitycultivation，theurgenteedto improvethedigitizationclassroomteachingsystem，andinsuficientcolaborativecultivationofscienceandeducation.Fall，a pathforenhancingtheabilitiesofacademicmastersstudentsbasedonnewqualityproductivityanddigitizationisproposed，and theimportanceofartificialintellgencetechnologyinreshapingtheacademicmasterseducationsystemisputforwardAnew ecologyof academicmasterseducationbasedonnewqualityproductivityanddigitizationisconstructedtoinjectkineticenergy intothecultivationofhigh-leveltalents，toprovidereferenceforcultivatingacademicmastersstudentswhomeetthendsof current socio-economic development.
