Abstract：Inthecontextoftheinterweavingoftheconstructionofnewengineeringdisciplinesandthestrategyofinovation drivendevelopment，highereducationinstitutionsofscienceandengineringbeartheresponsibilityofcultivatingtop-otch inovativetalentswithinterdisciplinaryinovationcapabilities，practicalabilities，andinternationalperspectivesfortheountry Thisarticleaddressoruofeticalndpracticalscotiosuentterdisipiartegatiodlack ofpersonalizedtrainingpathsincurrntinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducationinChina.Basedonyearsofexplorationby theSchol of Information ScienceandEngineringatNortheastern Universityinundergraduateresearchpracticetraining，a "seveninone"top-notchinnovationtalenttrainingmodelisproposed，whichincludes"platformsupport+interestteam + mentor guidance + project connection + competition enhancement + papersummary +achievement feedback". Thismodel reconstructsthe engineeringeducationecosystemwithsystematicthinking，formingavirtuouscycleof"scientificresearch feedingback teachingteachingsupportingindustry-industrydrivingscientificresearch"throughthedeepcollborationandclosed-loolinkageofthe sevenelements.ItprovidestalentsupportforthehighqualtydevelopmentofChinasscienceandtechnologyindustryandalso providesapractical paradigm for thereformof innovationand entrepreneurshipeducation in domesticuniversities.
