Abstract:Inthecontextoftheinterweavingoftheconstructionofnewengineeringdisciplinesandthestrategyofinovation drivendevelopment,highereducationinstitutionsofscienceandengineringbeartheresponsibilityofcultivatingtop-otch inovativetalentswithinterdisciplinaryinovationcapabilities,practicalabilities,andinternationalperspectivesfortheountry Thisarticleaddressoruofeticalndpracticalscotiosuentterdisipiartegatiodlack ofpersonalizedtrainingpathsincurrntinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducationinChina.Basedonyearsofexplorationby theSchol of Information ScienceandEngineringatNortheastern Universityinundergraduateresearchpracticetraining,a "seveninone"top-notchinnovationtalenttrainingmodelisproposed,whichincludes"platformsupport+interestteam + mentor guidance + project connection + competition enhancement + papersummary +achievement feedback". Thismodel reconstructsthe engineeringeducationecosystemwithsystematicthinking,formingavirtuouscycleof"scientificresearch feedingback teachingteachingsupportingindustry-industrydrivingscientificresearch"throughthedeepcollborationandclosed-loolinkageofthe sevenelements.ItprovidestalentsupportforthehighqualtydevelopmentofChinasscienceandtechnologyindustryandalso providesapractical paradigm for thereformof innovationand entrepreneurshipeducation in domesticuniversities.
