Abstract：WiththeimplementationofnationalpoliciessuchastheNewGenerationArticialInteligenceDevelopmentPlan andtheExcelentEngineerEducationandTrainingProgram2.Oartficialinteligence（A）majorshaverapidlyexpandedacross universitiesinChina.However，isuessuchasoveremphasisontheoryandneglectof practicaltrainingremainwidespreadare becomingcriticalchalengesinhighereducation.Universitiesareinurgentneedofamultidimensional，integratedtalent cultivatiosystemthatcombinesscientificresearchandproject-basedlearingtoenablestudentstotransitionfromtheoretical knowledgetoengineeringapplicationandultimatelytoinnovativeresearch.Thispaperfocusesonanintegrated"theorypractice" cultivationmdelnalingeurrentscoectionbetweerigidteacingpatsndpracticalimplemetationItpoos "teaching-leaing-rsearch"itegratedframworkfrothdimensionsofurrlugoaledesign，structuralurrlumpaing， and teaching support system development，offering insights into the construction of AI majors.
