西藏高等教育高质量发展的路径研究

Abstract:Thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofhighereducationinTibetplaysanimportantroleinpromotingborder govemance.Thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofXizang'shighereducationintheneweracannotonlystrengthentheideological guidanceandforgetheconsciousnessoftheChinesenationalcommunity，butalsoenablethedevelopmentofnewquality productivitythroughscientificandtechnologicalinovation，andcultivatehighqualitytalentstoprovideintelectualandhman supportforthemodermizationofXizang.AlthoughXizangshighereducationhasmaderemarkableachievements,itsillfaces chalengesuchasthelowproportionofhighereducationpopulation，thelowcontributionrateofhighereducationtoeconomic growth,thelackofscientificandtechnologicalinnovationabilty，andthelowcontributionoftalentstothedevelopmentofnew productiveforces.Itisurgenttoexplorethepracticalpathofhigh-qualitydevelopmentofhighereducationinaccordancewith theactualsituationofXizangincombinationwiththecharacteristicsofXizang.Inthefuture,Xizangshighereducationshould focusonthefolowingthreeaspects:thefististoimplementthefundamentaltaskofcultivatingmoralityandcultivatepeople basedonthecenterof"governingtheborderandstabilizingXizang"；thesecondistoestablishasymbioticmechanismof disciplinesandspecialtiesthathighlightsthe"Xizangcharacteristics"；thetirdistopromotethedigitaltransformationofigher education in Tibet,relying on the new generation of artificial intelligence technology.
