Abstract：Biopharmaceuticals，asanational strategicemergingindustryhaveanurgentdemandforinnovativetalents. However，atpresent，terearestillproblemssuchasrigidtrainingmechanismsinsuffcientutilizationofresources，andweak colaborationamongindustry，academiaandresearchinthecultivationofuniversities.Basedonthecharacteristicsofthe biopharmaceuticalmajor，thisarticleproposesthepathsforenhancingtheinnovativepracticalability：fistly，constructingan interest-orientedinnovativeeducationecosystemandstimulatingstudents’intrinsicmotivationthrough teachingmodelssuchas PBLorCBL；secondly，promotinginterdisciplinaryintegrationandpractice-drivenaproachesaswellasimprovingthemultidisciplinarycrosseducationmechanism，andehancingtheapplicationabilityofcutingedgetechnologiesthroughprojectbased leaming，thirdly，reformingtheeducationalevaluationsystemwhichwasconstructedasshiftingfromresult-orientedtoa diversifiedanddynamicprocesorientedevaluation，fourthpromotingthesyergof"all-roundeucation"andthetorship system，deepeingshol-enterprsecoperation，ndforingaclosedloopof"teaching-researchanddevelopment-application"It issugestedthatuniversitiesshouldbreakdowndisciplinarybariers，openupresearchplatforms，andestablishamulti dimensional training systemcentered oninnovation，to provide talentsupport for the biopharmaceutical industry.
