Abstract：Astheroleofnewmaterialsinfieldssuchasadvancedmanufacturingandnationaldefensesecuritybecomes increasinglyprominent，materialanalysistechnology，asthe"eyes"and"ruler"ofmaterialresearchanddevelopment，playsa crucialrole.Thereformofitsteachingisofsignificantimportanceincultivatinghigh-qualitytalentsinmaterialsscienceand enginering.ThispapertakestheteachingofthermalanalysistechniquesintheMaterialAnalysisTechnologycourseasthe researchsubject.Itaddressestheexistingproblemsincurentteachingpracticesand，usingtheteachingexperienceoftheSchool ofMaterialsatSunYat-sen Universityasanexample.Itproposesathre-in-oneteachingreformplancombining"principle understanding，technologicalinnovationndidelogicalandpolicalintegation."Thisprovidesaeferencepathfortefof experimental technology courses.
