Abstract：Focusingonthecultivationoftrainescompetenciesasthecoreobjective，thisstudyanalyzesthelimitationsof traditionalteachingmodelsandproposesaniovativereal-caseinquiry-basedpedagogicalframeworkgroundedinConstructiism Theory，SituatedLearingTheoryandProblem-BasedLearning（PBL）principles.Byintegratingpracticalcasesasinstructional cariers，task-drivenmethodologies，andguidedleamingapproaches，theresearchrestructures teachingcontenttoalignwith combat-educationintegration.Itfurtherexplorespracticalteachingmethodssuchastargetengagementcaseanalysisandroleplayinggamingconfrontaion.Empiricalevidencedemonstratesthatthismodelsignificantlyenhancestrainscriticalthinking， problem-olvingcapablities，andknowledgetransferproficiency，therebyoferinganovelpathwayforcultivatingaplicationoriented military talent.
