Abstract:Focusingonthecultivationoftrainescompetenciesasthecoreobjective,thisstudyanalyzesthelimitationsof traditionalteachingmodelsandproposesaniovativereal-caseinquiry-basedpedagogicalframeworkgroundedinConstructiism Theory,SituatedLearingTheoryandProblem-BasedLearning(PBL)principles.Byintegratingpracticalcasesasinstructional cariers,task-drivenmethodologies,andguidedleamingapproaches,theresearchrestructures teachingcontenttoalignwith combat-educationintegration.Itfurtherexplorespracticalteachingmethodssuchastargetengagementcaseanalysisandroleplayinggamingconfrontaion.Empiricalevidencedemonstratesthatthismodelsignificantlyenhancestrainscriticalthinking, problem-olvingcapablities,andknowledgetransferproficiency,therebyoferinganovelpathwayforcultivatingaplicationoriented military talent.
