Abstract：Thedevelopmentof Artficial Intellgence Generated Content （AIGC）has givennewopportunitiesforthecultivation ofinovativetalents.ThispaperexplorestherelationshipbetwentheuseofgenerativeAItechnologyandcolegestudents creatity，introducesself-regulatedlearningandcriticalthinkingasmediatingvariables，perceivedusefulnessasmoderating variables，andstructuralequationmodeltoevaluatethereltionshipbetweendiferentfactors.Theresultsshowthattheuseof AIGCtechnologybycolegestudentshasapositiveimpactontheircreativitySelf-regulatedleamingandcriticalthinkingplaya mediatingrolebetweecollgestudents‘useofAIGCtechnologyandtheircreativity.Perceivedusefulnessplaysanegative moderating role between college students‘use of AIGC technology and their creativity.
