Abstract：WuYanformerDeputyMinisterofEducation，proposed："Thecultivationoftop-notchinnovativetalentsmustbe achievedthroughtop-notchinnovatiepractices."Practice-orientededucationplaysavitalroleintalentcultivationservingasan indispensablepartoftheeducationalprocessandakeyaproachtoachievingeducationalgoals.Facingthechallegesof traditionaleducationalpractice-orientededucationdilemmasandthecultivationoftop-notchinnovativetalents，theuture TechnologyCollgeofHarbinEngineeringUniversityhascontinuouslyexploredandpromotedtheconstructionofapractieorientededucationsystemtomettheneedsofleading talentcultivationandstudentdevelopment，supportingtheimprovementof cultivationcapabilitiesforleadingtalentsinthefieldoffuturesmartoceans.Byoptimizingtop-leveldesignandbuilding resource platforms，a" 1+2+3+4+8′ leading talent practice-oriented education system with industry characteristics has been graduallyformed，establishinganumberofprojectclustersandsupportingprojectgroupsandpracticeteams，effectively supporting the cultivation of leading talents.
