Abstract:InthecontextofChina’snational strategiestostrengtheneducationscience,andtalentdevelopment,thetraining reformforengineringpostgraduateshasbecomeincreasinglysignificant.ThisstudytakestheQingdaoInnovationBaseofHarbin Enginering Universityasacasetoexplorethepracticalmodelandefectivenessoftheuniversity-enterprise"dual-mentor" collborativeeducationmechanism.Anchoredinreal-worldprojects,thismodelestablishesajointguidanceframeworkbetween universityandenterprisementors.Graduatestudentsareengagedinproject-basedresearch,enablingtopicselection,sil development,andtrulyachieve"promotinglearning throughresearchandpromotingteachingthroughaplication".Thepaper summarizeshowthiscolaborativemodelenhancestalentquality,improvesuniversityteachingandresearch,supportsenterprise inovation,andstrengthensthenationalinnovationsystem.Acasestudyfurtherilustratestheoperationandassrancemeasures ofthismechanism.Findingsdemonstratethataproject-driven,mentor-coordinated,andpractice-integratedtrainingsystem efectivelyaddresesthe"long-standingisuesoftheory-practiceseparation"and"ackofmentorengagementinengineering graduate education",offering a replicable model for broader'implementation.
