Abstract：InthecontextofChina’snational strategiestostrengtheneducationscience，andtalentdevelopment，thetraining reformforengineringpostgraduateshasbecomeincreasinglysignificant.ThisstudytakestheQingdaoInnovationBaseofHarbin Enginering Universityasacasetoexplorethepracticalmodelandefectivenessoftheuniversity-enterprise"dual-mentor" collborativeeducationmechanism.Anchoredinreal-worldprojects，thismodelestablishesajointguidanceframeworkbetween universityandenterprisementors.Graduatestudentsareengagedinproject-basedresearch，enablingtopicselection，sil development，andtrulyachieve"promotinglearning throughresearchandpromotingteachingthroughaplication".Thepaper summarizeshowthiscolaborativemodelenhancestalentquality，improvesuniversityteachingandresearch，supportsenterprise inovation，andstrengthensthenationalinnovationsystem.Acasestudyfurtherilustratestheoperationandassrancemeasures ofthismechanism.Findingsdemonstratethataproject-driven，mentor-coordinated，andpractice-integratedtrainingsystem efectivelyaddresesthe"long-standingisuesoftheory-practiceseparation"and"ackofmentorengagementinengineering graduate education"，offering a replicable model for broader'implementation.
