Abstract：Establishingamoreefectiveinternationalcommunicationsystemconstitutesacrucialstrategicinitiativefor enhancingnationalcomprehensivepowerandcompetingforglobaldiscourseinfluence.Astheprimaryhubforcultivating translationandintemationalcommunicationprofesionals，universitiesprovidearobusttalentfoundationforreshapingtheglobal communicationlandscape，ehancinginternatioalcommuncationeficacy，andadresingcommunicationbotlenecks.Groudedin thestrategicimperativesofChina’sintemationalcommunicationcapacitybuilding，thispaperanalyzestheemergingrequirements andchalengesconfrontingtranslationpedagogywithinuniversitiesandproposesactionablepathwaysforthedigitalinteligence transformationandconvergentinnovationoftransationeducationTheresearchaimstoofertheoreticalandpracticalinsightsfor developinghigh-calibertranslationandintemationalcommunicationtalentpols，therebycontinuouslystrengtheningChina's external translation capacity and serving the nation's overarching development goals.
