矿业工程多学科交叉融合人才培养模式研究与实践

Abstract:Astheglobalminingngineeingindustryacceleratesitstransfomationtowardsintellgence,greenness,andsfety thetraditionalsingledisciplinetalenttrainingmodelisnolongerabletomeetthenewnedofindustrydevelopment.Atpresent, theminingengineringfieldurgentlyeedshigh-levelompositetaentswithinterdisciplinaryknowledgeiovationabilityand engineringpracticeliteracy.Thispapersystematicallyanalyzesthekeyissuesintheinterdisciplinaryandintegratedtalent cultivationofminingengineering,inludingprominentdisciplinarybarrers,igidcuriculumsystemweakpracticallinks,anda singleevaluationmechanism.Inresponsetotheseisses,afourinonereformpathof"teamcuriculumpracticeevaluationhas been proposed:intermsof teamstructure,disciplinaryboundariesarebroken,ateachingteamcomposedofexpertsfrommultiple fieldssuchasminingenginering,environmentalscience,andcomputerscienceisfomedandenterprisementorsareintroduced toimplementa"dualmentorsystem";Intermsofcuriculumsystem,buildamodularcoursegroupconsistingof"profesional corecourses+interdisciplinarycourses+engineeringpracticecourses",strengthencaseteachingandproject-basedleaming;Inthe practicalstage,relyingonthescholenterprisejointtrainingbase,aclosed-looptrainingmodeof"engineringpracticebasic researchengineeringpractice"isformed;Intemsofevaluationmechanism,establishadiverifiedassessmentsystem,focusingon processevaluationandinovationcapabilityasessment.Practicehasshownthatthismodelsignificantlyenhancesthe interdisciplinaryresearchabilityandengineeringpracticelevelofgraduatestudents,andtheemploymentcompetitivenessof graduatesissignfcantlyenhanced.Thisstudyprovidesvaluablereformideasandpracticalexperienceforthecultivationof miningengineeringtalentsintheneweraandhasimportantreferencevalueforpromotingindustrytransformationandupgrading.
