Abstract: Under the backgroundof New Agricultural Science(NAS)development,this studyconductedteaching reformsfor thecourseofMoleularand CellarBiology Techniques,acorecurrculumforagriculturalsciencepostgraduates.Asa fundamentalcoursewithstrongtheoreticalandappliedcomponents,itplaysacriticalroleincultivatingstudents‘profesional competencies.However,thecurentcoursefaceschallengesincludingoutdatedteaching materials,obsoletepedagogicalappoaches, andlowstudentengagement.Thereformmeasuresinclude:optimizing teachingcontenttoestablisharenewedcuriculum framework;adoptingablendedteachingmodelcombiningflippdclasroomandpeerinstruction(PI);implementingawholeprocessstudentparticipationmechanism;andconstructingacomprehensiveevaluationsystemintegratingtheoreticalknowledge, appliedskill,andinovativethinking.Thesereformsaimtoenhanceteachingqualityandcultivatehigh-caliberagricultural talentswithinnovationcapabilities,therebyaddresingthedemandsofhigheragriculturaleducationrefomintheNAScontext and providing references for NAS-related curriculum innovations.
