Abstract：Thisstudy focusesonpublic libraries in China，combiningtheoreticalconstructionandempiricalanalysis.Basedon coreconceptualunderstandingsandfundamentaltheoriesananalyticalframeworkisdevelopedtoexaminethemechanismsoflibrary-lednationwideradingpromotion.Representativeinnovativecasesfrompubliclibrariesareselectedandanalyzed，evealing fourcoremehissagedouealatiospatialarivetiolabedsiodciale networking.Thoughcaseanalysisandcomparison，practicalimplicationsareproposedinfourareas：enhancingdemand-drienresourceprovisitengatipatidsiepgttegofelignttlogdstab stakeholdercollborationnetwork.Thestudyofersisightsforimprovingreadingpromotionservicesandsupporting thebuildigof culturally strong nation.
