Abstract：Byintegratingculture，history，andcreativityexcellenttraditional Chineseculturehasforgedapathwayfortheodertransformationoftraditionalcuure.ChinseanimatedfishavetakentraditionalculturalIsasteirorecaris，ontiuously breakingnewgroundincreativegenres，thematiccontent，ndaudiencedemographics.Throughthetechnicaldimensionofsybolic translationandvisualstorytelling，teommunicativedimensionofmeaningproductionandudienceidentification，andthvaluedimensionofculturaldecodingandvaluere-embeding，theyhavedemonstratedprofoundculturalsignificanceandrobustdevelopmentalpotential.However，thedevelopmentoftraditionalculturalIandrelatedindustrieshasalsoexposedisuessuchasmbiguous culturalposiiing，upeficialtcholgicalpation，ndvalueintepretatiostatiltoalignwitonteparyds.Toaddress these challenges，itis suggested that traditional cultural IP development clearly define its transformation boundaries，establish sustainable development models，and build a full-industry-chain IP ecosystemto maximize value.
