Abstract：Intheeraofnew media，the"meme"culture，asaderivative productofonlinesubcultures，isprofoundlyinfluencing thedailylivesofcollgestudentsAfterclarifingteprofoundcootationandsignificantcharacteristicsofte"meme"culture，tis articledeeplyaalyzesthepositiveandnegativeimpactsofthe"meme"cultureonteideologicalandpoliticaleducationofcollge students.The"meme"culturenotonlyenricheseducationalcontent，broadenseducationalscenarios，andstrengthensducatioaleffectiveness，butalsoalengestraditionaldiscoursesstes，aluegdancendeuthorityofducatioalcontentuetoise constructive，enteaining，andcomplexnature.Thisarticleproposesspecificuidancestrategiestoleveragetepositiveinfluenceof "meme"cultureonieologicalandpoliticaleducationforcolgestudents，ehancethesenseofthetimesandatractivensofeducation，guidecollegesudentstuldasdfoundatinofdeals，trengtnteirssefsposibilityndotrbteiouth ful strength to the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
