System Construction of Reading Promotion in University Libraries from the Perspective of Institutional Supply

Abstract：Focusingontheinstitutional developmentofreading promotioninuniversitylibraries，this studycompares practicesin theUK，US，GayouthoreandJapanmingfivyasoftureepriee：lislaivespporttiol collboration，promotionmethods，resourcesupport，andevaluationmechanisms.WhileChina’suniversityreadingpromotionhas shownsystematicndregulardevelopmenttrnds，itstllfcesdp-seatedissussuchasinsuffntinstitutioalsupplyndanincompletesystem.Thereseachconstructsaninstitutionalframeworkfromfourdimensions：goalorientationresoucedevelopent，or ganizationalcollaboration，andincentiveevaluation.Itemphasizesfiveguarantee mechanismsforimplementation：organizatioalan agement，teambuilding，fundinginvestment，technicalsupport，andevaluationfeedback.Thestudyrecommendsstrengtheningpolicy suply，deepeingvesitybraryommunitycolborationndimprovingteevalationsstemtopromotesandardidlog termdevelopment of reading promotion and support the building of a reading-enriched society.
