Construction of Multi-Dimensional Framework and Implementation Path of Intercultural Competence of Foreign Language Teachers in TCM Universities

—Based on the Perspective of Sociocultural Theory

Abstract：Underthebackgroundofthedeepcooperationofglobal healthgovernanceandthegoingoutstrategyoftraditional Chinesemedicine （TCM），interculturalcompetenceofforeignlanguageteachersinTCMuniversitisplaysanimportantroleinthenternationalcommunicationofTCMculture.BasedonVygotskyssocioculturaltheory（SCTthisarticleconstructsafive-diesional dynamicabilityframeworkofatitude-knowledgeskilpracti-ialreflectiontosolveteproblmofforeignlanguagetachs lackof interculturalcompetenceinTCMuniversties.Theframeworktakesthemediation-ZoneofProximalDevelopmentintealizationcycleasthecore，defiestemultiplerolesofforeignlanguageteachers，anddesignstheimplementationpathofthreeclassrooms.Troughtheoreticalanalysisandcaseinterpretation，thearticleproposes thatforeignlanguageteachersshouldchange from languageinstructors toculturalappreciators，andenhancetheabilityofTCMculturecommunicationandintercultural teaching.The articleprovidesatheoreticalbasisandpracticalreferenceforimprovingteachersinterculturaliteracyandpromotingTCMnterational communication， with important application value.
