Abstract：Thecooperationbetweenlibrariesandshoolsisabeneficialexplorationoftheintegrationandreconstructionofpublic cultureadeducation.Drivenbythedualimperativesofreconstructingtheeducationalecosystemanddeepeningtheconstructionof lifelonglearnngsstems，esearchonuldnganologicalframewokforlibarycholcolaborationinpubliclibrarsholspo foundpracticalsignfcance.TisarticlesystematicallviewsthepracticesoflibraryscholclaborationinmunicipalpubliclibrariesinJiangsProvincetoughtwoksvesandcasesudies.Itidentifiesetingchallngesinudinginsuieab rativemechans，saligdoratioallogicsadeqatesourcentegrtionndliiedcurcudevelopentdre theseisues，thestudyproposesstrategiesforfosteringsustainablecolaborationthrough improvedologicalmechanisms，eancing cros-sectoralsrgybyactivatingpoactiecoperationbetwenlibrisndshols，onslidatingsoucestorengtolb rationfoundations，anddesigningchild-enteredcollborativeprograms.Thesemeasuresaimtostablisholisticologicalsystem for public library-school collaboration.
