The Multi-Functional Design of University Libraries Promotes Exploration of Future Learning Center Construction

Abstract:Withtherapiditerationofdigitaltechnologyandthedeeptransformationofcollegeeducationmodelto"learer-centered"the needsof teachersandstudents forlearning scenarios haveextendedfromsinglereading tomultipledimensions suchas personalizedang,nterdisiplinaryolboratio,nddigialpacticsinglefuctioalfoofditioaluivesita with"literaturestorageandborrowing"astecoreisicreasinglydifculttoeetthesenneeds,andevenbecomsaolenec restrictingtheupgradingofducationalservices.Inthiscontext,relyingonmulti-functionaldesigntopromotethetransforationof universitylibrariestofuturelearningcentershasbecomeakeypathtoadapt tothedevelopmenttrendofeducation.Fistlythispaper analyzestheimportanceofulti-functionaldesignofuniversitylibrariesfromthreeaspects:spaceeficiencyoptimizationresource value release and education demand adaptation. Then,it deeply discusses the opportunities of "physical + virtual" scene expansion and "static + dynamic"resource activation brought bymulti-functional design ofuniversity libraries for future leamingcenters,and combsthepracticalchalengesoffunctionaladaptationconflict,isingoperatingcostsandfragmentationoftchnologyalicatio. Theultiategoalistoprovideteoeticalsuppotandpractialferecefounivesitstorakthoughlitatiosoftadiioal library development and effectively promote the construction of future learning centers.
