The Practical Path of Tangshan's Marine Culture Empowering Regional Coordinated Development from the Perspective of High-Quality Urban Development

Abstract:Thecorestrategiesforleadingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentof Tangshanarethree"strivestobuild"andthree"leads". The mutualsupportanddpintegrationoftetwotogeterconstituteteoveralloutlieofTangshan'stransformationandugading providingfundamentalguidanceandactionguidelinesforthecitysupgradingandcomprehensiveupwardbreakthrough.Tangshan,as animportantcoastalcityintheBohaiRimregion,boastsmarineculturewithdiverseconnotations,whichhasbecomeakeyresource forpromotingregionalcoordinateddevelopment.Bycoductinganin-depthanalsisof theconnotationsof Tngshan’s marineculture, thispapersortsouttheintemallogicalreltionshipbetwn Tangshan'smarinecultureandregionalcoordinateddevelopment.Itnot onlyprovidesculturaldrivingforceforTangshantobuilditselfintoawindowcityforeonomiccooperationinNortheastAsia,utalso fedsbacktheinheritaneandinovationofulure.Meanhile,thpaperidentifiestheuentpracticalbotlenecks,suchasinsufficientexplorationanddiseinationofculture,lowindustrialsynegy.Furthemore,itputsforwardtargetedpracticalpathsfromfour aspects,includingconstructingacommunicationsystemandbldinganindustrialecologicalchain.Thisarticleimstoproote Tangshan’sutilizationofMarineculturetodriveregionalcoordinateddevelopment,assistTangshaninachievingitsstrategicgoals, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of similar coastal cities.
