Abstract： Thispaperconstructsananalytical framework forcross-culturalcommunicationbasedon Hoskinsand Mirus's "culturaldiscount"theoryandJauss‘s"receptionaesthetics"thoryhroughparticipatoryobservationofthe"LantingColectioChineseCallgrapEbition"inexico，Gany，Australiaandotercoutrs，itsstematicallyxamiesthefoaldiaad possibilitiesfoiaoguecdballgraartininteaioalissaioTesarchatcallgapysial rierofhigontetculurecoutesasgniiantulturaldsconttilowontetulturalfelds.Teetivesfiis seminationreliesontheconstructionofspecificreceptioncontexts，suchasacademic preparationandethniccommunities.This paper proposesthat theexteralcommunicationofChinesecallgraphyshouldtranscendtheone-dimensional "output"modelandshifttoa "dialogue"paradigmcenteredoninterpretiveurationandvaluetranslation，toachievethefectivegenerationofrossculturalunderstanding.
