Abstract：Tianjin hasaunique endowmentofredcultural resoures，which notonlycarynon-renewable static historical heritage，butalsocontaindynamiceconomiccapitalforsustainabledevelopmentTisdualaributeisthestrategicstartingpointfor achievingawin-winsituationbetweenprotectionanddevelopment.Thevalueisdeeplyrotednotonlyinitsdistinctivehistorical phasbutalsomanifestedasanendogenousdrivingforceintegratedintotheurbanfabricandfueling innovativedevelopment.Based onasystematiclisofcviotsisiicaloicciallgia mental，andlegal—tispaperconstructsanindustrialdevelopmentpathwaythroughfourcoredimensions：experientialenhancement， formatintegratioandingdistiioaliotisoachioeeeegatioft andinteractivefos，ablishculturalidentitysystemwithTanjincharacteristis，andfullunleashtesrategicalueofTa's red cultural resources.
