[Abstract]Breast cancer is one of the malignant tumors with a relatively high incidence rate among women worldwide.Radiomicsutilizes high-throughput computational techniques toextractalargenumberofquantitative featuresfrommedical images，whicharecloselyassociated with tumor heterogeneityandtumorbiologicalbehavior. Previousstudies have mainly focused on the intra-tumor region，whilethe peri-tumor region isequallcrucial for the development of breast cancer.This review comprehensively summarizes the research progress in intratumoral and peritumoralradiomicsanalysisusingultrasound，MRI，and mammographyinthe identificationof benignand malignant breast masses，molecular subtyping prediction，lymph node metastasis prediction，and evaluation of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy，with theaim of providing anew perspective of individualizedand precise medical treatment.
