[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical efectofFeijing Zouqi acupuncture in the treatment of central post-stroke pain.Method：A total of 8O patients with central post-stroke pain in Afiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College from June 2O23 to June2O24 were selected.They were simplyand randomlydivided into two groups according to the sequence numberof treatment， withodd numbers included inthe control group and even numbers included inthe observation group，with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional comprehensive treatment，and the observation group was treated with Feijing Zouqi acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The pain therapeutic efectsof the two groups were evaluated，andthe scores of the numerical rating scale （NRS），NIHSS and functional independence measure （FIM） before and after treatment werecompared between the two groups.Result： The total effective rate was 87.50% in the observation group，which was higher than 62.50% （20号 of the control group （ P <0.05）. After treatment， the NRS score was （ 1.26±0.55 ） points in the observation group， which was lower than （2.19±0.68） points of the control group （P<0.05） ; the NIHSS score of the observation group was （11.57±1.76） points，whichwaslower than （14.32±1.81 ）points of the control group（ P <0.05）; theFIM score of the observation group was （70.43±11.86） points，which was higher than （64.48±10.72 ）pointsof the control group （ P- <0.05）. Conclusion： Feijing Zouqi acupuncture can effctively improve the central post-stroke pain，and is conducive topromotingtherecoveryofneurologicalfunctionand improving theabilitytoperformdailyactivities.
