[Abstract]Objective：To studytheclinical effectof transnasal intestinalobstructioncatheterinthe treatment ofadhesivesmallbowelobstruction.Method：Atotalof116patientswithadhesivesmallbowelobstructionadmited to JiangxiProvincial People'sHospitalfrom March 2O22 toFebruary 2O24 were included in this study.The patients were divided into a control group （treated with nasogastric tube decompresson）and anobservation group （treated with transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter decompresion） according to the randomnumber table method，with 58 cases ineach group.The total effectiverate of treatment，recovery time of each symptom，hospital stay，average daily drainage volume and complications were compared between the two groups.Result： The observation group demonstrated higher overall effectiveness rate compared to the control group （P<0.05） . The recovery time for each symptom in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group （ P<0.05 ）.The hospitalization time of the observation group [ （7.02±1.38） days] was shorter than that of the control group[ （8.45±2.11） days]， and the average dailydrainage volume[ ] washigher than that of the control group[ （589.31±111.49）ml 司 （ P <0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation groupwas 5.17% ，whichwaslower than 18.97% in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter has significant advantages and high therapeutic eficacyin the conservative treatment of patients with adhesive smallbowel obstruction，it is conducive to shortening the hospital stay and alleviating the abdominal symptoms of patients， with alow incidence of complications and is safe and reliable.
