[Abstract]Objective：To explore the influence of stepped health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on type 2 diabetes melitus.Method： Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitusadmited to Fengcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2O22 to January 2O24 were selected as the research subjects，and theywere divided into the control group （ n⋅n. =40，steppedhealtheducation nursing） and the study group （ n=40 ，with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing added on the basis of the control group）according tothe lotery method.The nursing efect，psychological state，qualityoflife，compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Result： Compared with the control group （ 70.00% ），thetotal effective rate of nursing in the study group （90.00% ）washigher （ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group， the scores of SAS，SDS and each dimension of SF-36 in the study group after nursing were superior （ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group （ 72.50% 75.00% ）， the overall satisfaction rate （95.00% ）and satisfaction （97.50 % ） of the study group were higher （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The application of stepped health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has aremarkable effect， which can efectively improve their psychological state and quality oflife，improve compliance and satisfaction.
