Effect Precise Puncture under Real-time Ultrasound Guidance in the Treatment Deep Space AbscessesinMaxillacialRegion/，，，Xiaomin，.// ，2025，22（29）：042-046

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the influence precise puncture under real-time ultrasound guidance therapy on patients with deep space abscesses in maxillacial region.Method：A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data 65 patients with deep space abscess in maxillfacial region admited to Yingtan 184 Hospital from February 2O2Oto February 2O25.They weregrouped according to different treatment methods. Among them，33 patients who received traditional incisionand drainage treatment were the control group，and 32 patients who received precise puncture treatment under real-time ultrasound gudance were the observation group. The clinical eficacy，symptom improvement，infectionindicators，quality lifeandoccurrenceomplications the two groups were compared.Result： The total clinical efective rate the observation group was higher thanthat the control group，the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）. The pain relief time，swelling regression time and mouthopening recovery time intheobservation group were allearlierthan those in thecontrol group，the differenceswere statistically significant（ P <0.05）.After7days treatment， theCRP，WBC，neutrophil （NEUT）， erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR），and generic procalcitonin （PCT） inthe observation group were all lower than those in the control group，and the scores the generic quality life inventory- 74 （GQOLI-74） were all higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. The incidence complications in the observation group was lower than that in thecontrol group，the diffrence was statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Precise puncture under real-time ultrasound guidance in the treatment deep space abscess in maxillfacial region has significant curative effect，canquicklyrelievesymptoms，effectively control infection， improve the quality life patients，and has fewer complications.
