[Abstract]Objective: To explore the application efectof Cinacalcet combined with Sevelamer in chronic kidney disease complicated by secondary hyperparathyroidism.Method: A total of 82 patients with chronic kidneydiseaseaccompanied bysecondary hyperparathyroidismadmitted to theFirstAfiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from August 2O22 to August 2O24 were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 patients ineach group.The control group was treated with Cinacalcet alone,while the observation group was treated with Cinacalcet combined with Sevelamer.Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 months.Theintact parathyroid hormone (iPTH),calciumand phosphorus levels,renal function indicators (BUNand Scr),clinical effcacy,and incidence ofadverse drug reactions between two groups were compared. Result: After treatment, the levels of iPTH,blood phosphorus,BUN,and Scr in theobservation group wereallowerthan those in the control group,blood calciumandthe total efctiverate of treatment in the observation group were higherthanthose in the control group ( P <0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Cinacalcet and Sevelamer in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with secondary hyperparathyroidism can reduce its iPTH levels,correct its calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders,alleviate its renal function damage,improve its clinical efcacy,and has high safety.
