[Abstract]Objective: To investigate the relationship between antibody agglutination intensity, anemia degree and transfusion eficacy in patients with positive direct anti-human globulin test (DAT).Method: A total of 60 DAT positive patients in Ji'an Central People's Hospital from August 2O23 to August 2O24 who needed blood transfusiontreatment were selected as the study objects.Allthe enrolled patients underwent DATand were grouped according to the test agglutination intensity ( 4+ 3+ 2+ , 1+/± ),with11,25,14,and10 cases in each intensity group, espectively.Blood routine indexes, anemia degreeand transfusion eficacyofdiffrent agglutination intensity groups were compared. Result: The Hb levels of diferent agglutination intensity ( 4+ , 3+ , 2+ , 1+/± )after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the Hb levels of 1+/± , 2+ before and after treatment were higher than those of 4+ , 3+ ,the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).With the increase of agglutination intensity, the anemia degree became more serious, the proportions of severe and extremely severe anemia of 4+ and 3+ were higher than those of 2+ and 1+/± ,and the total effective rates of 2+ , 1+/± were higher than those of 4+ , 3+ ,the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion: The higher the antibody agglutination strength of DAT positive patients, thelowerthe Hblevel, themore serious theanemia degree, and thelower the totaleffective rate after transfusion treatment.
